Certified copy of the ID card (CCCD) of both spouses
Certified copy of the marital status certificate
For foreigners:
Certified copy of the passport of both spouses
Certified copy of the marital status certificate
Certified copy of the temporary residence card/visa of both spouses
A recent entry stamp into Vietnam is required on the passport.
